Terms of Use
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These terms cover your use of PayTimeHub. By using this site, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, the simplest option is not to use the site. PayTimeHub is run by Saurabh Sharma and Ashay Saraswat; you can reach us through the contact page.
What this site is
PayTimeHub provides free, browser-based calculators for time and payroll math: converting punch times to decimal hours, estimating take-home pay, and calculating raises. The tools are free to use, with no account or signup required.
Not professional advice
PayTimeHub's calculators are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or payroll advice. Verify anything important independently, especially before using a result for official payroll, tax filing, or compliance purposes, and talk to a qualified professional for anything with real financial or legal consequences. See the full disclaimer for what each calculator does and doesn't account for.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the math correct and the tax data current (see the about page for how that data is sourced and verified), but we can't guarantee a calculator will be free of errors or that it fits every situation. We're not liable for decisions made or losses incurred based on results produced by this site.
Acceptable use
You're welcome to use the calculators for personal or business purposes, as often as you like, at no cost. What's not allowed: automated scraping of the site, attempting to disrupt or overload it, or republishing site content (including tax data, copy, or design) as your own without permission.
Advertising
This site may display third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are served by the ad network, not chosen by us individually, and are subject to that network's own policies. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.
Changes
We may update these terms or the calculators themselves over time, for example when tax figures change or a tool gets improved. If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
